Job Description

  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans that align with company sales strategies and goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute promotional programs and marketing initiatives for trade channels
  • Work with key customers to understand their marketing needs and develop customized marketing plans
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing programs
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective execution of marketing plans and programs
  • Manage budgets and track ROI for all trade marketing programs
  • Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of POSM materials, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effective POSM materials
  • Work with the sales team to ensure POSM materials are effectively placed in-store to maximize impact
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and potential threats

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in the personal care industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Experience working with CVS or other large retailers is a plus
