About Our Client
Our client is a Global Leader in Visual Environment Technologies with sectors including but not limited to Theatrical & Live Event Entertainment lighting, Rigging and Specified Architectural lighting. To excel at their service level, our client would like to have a committed & high-calibre Service Engineer to join their team.
Job Description
- Troubleshoot & repair faulty equipment
- Responsible for Repair/Maintenance duties of equipment at customer site
- Respond to technical questions over the phone, email and web mail in an accurate and timely manner
- Implement On-site Project system/Turn-key service for projects
- Ensure client understands the operation of installed equipment
- Represent the interests of our client through a positive and customer focused attitude.
- Travel approximately 20% - 30% & work occasionally over evenings and weekends depends on projects
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or similarly related degree
- Minimum 2 years working experiences
- Console OR Lighting OR rigging background is an advantage
- Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker is a plus
- Good command of written & spoken Mandarin, Cantonese & English
- Business level communication & interpersonal and problem-solving skills
