Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team and manage the sales of our wine products to private clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a passion for wine and the wine industry. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with private clients, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description

  • Manage and grow sales revenue from private clients by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals, collectors, and wine enthusiasts, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and potential threats to the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, and provide insight into sales trends, customer needs, and market dynamics.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in wine sales
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, as well as the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in private client sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
