About Our Client

Our client is a well-known electronics company with a very strong presence in Hong Kong. To cater the rapid growth of their business in Hong Kong, they are now hiring a Korean Speaking Sales Administrator to join their team.

Job Description

  • Handle & follow up on sales and purchase orders
  • Work closely with sales department
  • Assist in PO/SO, quotation and invoicing
  • Communicate with suppliers and forwarders regards to the shipment schedule and documents
  • Maintain a strong relationship with customers to retain their loyalty

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ year experience in sales support or sales administrative experience
  • Experience in electronics components industry is an advantage
  • SAP/Oracle user
  • Good common in Excel
  • Good common in English, Mandarin and Korean
