About Our Client

Our client is an multinational company with a headquarter in Europe. Due to business expansion in the APAC region, they are now seeking for an extra Sales Administrator to join their team to assist with sales order processing and management.

Job Description

  • Handle sales order processing and management
  • Follow up on order preparation and delivery service
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain relationship with potential and existing clients
  • Work closely with finance department to monitor outstanding payments
  • Prepare monthly sales port
  • Assist with ad hoc duties when assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Minimum 3-4 years of customer service / sales administrative experience
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in SAP / ERP system
  • Proactive individual with a team-based mindset
