Job Description

  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned product categories, ensuring that forecasts are accurate and aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and incorporate market intelligence, sales data, and other relevant information into demand forecasts.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order fulfilment, and backorders to ensure that customer demand is met and inventory levels are optimized.
  • Manage the item master data for assigned product categories, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Build reports and dashboards using Power BI to monitor demand trends, forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and order fulfilment metrics.
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve demand planning processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, marketing, suppliers, and logistics partners.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in demand planning, order fulfilment, and inventory management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to process and analyze large amounts of data.
  • Experience using Power BI or other data visualization tools to build reports and dashboards.
  • Advanced Excel skill is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
