Being an Associate Consultant / Consultant (depending on your experience), you will be required to assist corporate clients in candidate sourcing, selection processes including interviews and screening, meanwhile providing career and interview advice to candidates to help individuals to step up in their career.
This role will be based in our Financial Services team. It is one of our flagship discipline and we are experiencing steady growth in this market. We have yield 30% YOY growth and is continuously expanding. We will provide on-the-job training about the FS market, different job types and their requirements as well as different financial products.
As a new starter, you will first be trained to handle candidate sourcing and screening by shadowing other experienced consultant of the team. Later on you will also have the exposures to speak to and meet with senior members of sizable banks and financial institutions.
You will be given clear promotion and development plan. You will also get to lead different initiatives and projects within the business such as CSR events, campus recruitment, organisation of seminars and events etc. As you progress, your role will also involve in people management and leadership, where adequate training will be provided to faciliate your personal development.
