Job Description

  • Identify and recruit top talent for our clients through various sourcing techniques, including networking, job boards, and referrals.
  • Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond.
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximise performance.
  • Manage candidate and client relationships throughout the recruitment process, including negotiating job offers and managing onboarding process.
  • Conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates and assess skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Assess and respond to the needs of each client/ business leads and be able to negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and client engagement activities on a regular basis.
  • Ensure that all client and candidate information is accurately recorded and kept up to date in our internal CRM system.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Human Resources, Business Management or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, recruitment or Human Resources, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a drive for exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
  • Excellent proactive, willing to learn and can-do attitude
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry and trends
