About Our Client

A top-tier Japanese asset management firm with a strong presence in the APAC region is currently seeking for a Receptionist to join their growing business.

Job Description

  • Take incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, transfer calls and use the switchboard accordingly
  • Greet and direct guests to meeting rooms, organise conference and meeting room bookings
  • Provide general administrative support for office supplies such as stationary, newspapers, company chops, name cards etc.
  • Assist in project-based tasks to support office administration such as data entry
  • Other ad-hoc receptionist and admin duties as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum 1 year of experience of administrative duties
  • Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Excellent service attitude, warm and friendly with a professional telephone manner
