About Our Client

Our client is a reputable hospitality group. You will be joining their corporate office as Receptionist. You will work 5 days per week with stable hour. Candidates from hotel industry are preferred.

Job Description

  • Greet visitors; handle incoming calls and inquiries
  • Monitor meeting room reservations; prepare refreshments for meetings
  • Manage office access cards, office supply stock
  • Assist in arranging company events
  • Assist in other ad hoc administration work as assigned



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in hotel industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication skill in English and Chinese
  • Pleasant and friendly personality; professional phone call manner
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
