Receptionist & Admin Assistant - Listed Pharmaceutical Company
1 year renewable contract with perm benefits

About Our Client
Out client is a global pharmaceutical company with more than 20 offices across the world and is now urgently looking for an receptionist & Admin Assistant who speaks fluent English to join.
- To perform general reception duties at reception area, including greeting and serving visitors; handling phone calls, in/out mails/fax and couriers arrangement
- To responsible for meeting room reservation and manage tidiness of the reception and meeting rooms
- To handle general administrative duties including office supplies, repair and maintenance, procurement, office renovation, travel arrangement, hotel and ticket booking etc.
- Assist in sales support like preparing sample documents
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent command of communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Flexible, open-minded, willing to learn and self-motivated
