About Our Client
Our client is a well-established multinational company producing top-tier construction tools, designing and offering solutions to the industry sector. To cope with their business needs, they are now looking for a Learning & Development Officer to support the full cycle and other HR initiatives including staff engagement.
Job Description
- Support end-to-end training cycle with the team
- Deliver training workshops independently and utilize course materials
- Assist in conducting post-training evaluation survey and collect data for analysis
- Manage training record and update system
- Support e-learning platform and keep content updated
- Assist in designing and revising training materials/ modules
- Coordinate Management Trainee and Internship Programs
- Coordinate staff engagement activities and be involved in other HR initiatives
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- 2-3 years of L&D experience in sizeable companies, training delivery experience is a must
- Strong command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Driven, self-motivated, positive mindset and willing to do
- Proficient in PC applications including Microsoft Office
