About Our Client

Our client is a well-established multinational company producing top-tier construction tools, designing and offering solutions to the industry sector. To cope with their business needs, they are now looking for a Learning & Development Officer to support the full cycle and other HR initiatives including staff engagement.

Job Description

  • Support end-to-end training cycle with the team
  • Deliver training workshops independently and utilize course materials
  • Assist in conducting post-training evaluation survey and collect data for analysis
  • Manage training record and update system
  • Support e-learning platform and keep content updated
  • Assist in designing and revising training materials/ modules
  • Coordinate Management Trainee and Internship Programs
  • Coordinate staff engagement activities and be involved in other HR initiatives
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • 2-3 years of L&D experience in sizeable companies, training delivery experience is a must
  • Strong command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Driven, self-motivated, positive mindset and willing to do
  • Proficient in PC applications including Microsoft Office
