Job Description

  • Handle incoming enquiries via calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Follow up requests and complaints from customers
  • Resolve complaints and concerns of clients in a timely manner
  • Prepare request and review user requirement for system enhancement

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma holder or above
  • MPF/ Pension experience is an advantage
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in call centre is highly preferred
  • Good command in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
