Our client is a leading manufacturer of children product based in Europe, they provide worldwide distribution through retailers represented in more than 50 countries. Their products is unique, functional and long - lasting, attractively designed with a wide variety of accessories to support and promote well-being for both parent and child.

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key retail accounts, including major department stores and retailers
  • Coordinate retail marketing and event initiatives in close cooperation with the marketing team
  • Conduct regular business reviews with retail partners to analyze performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans to drive growth
  • Manage and negotiate product placement, pricing, and promotional programs with retail partners to maximise sales and profitability
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes
  • Ensure all retailer's staff receive training through own coaching and/or other company training support

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in infant / furniture industry
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with retail partners and driving sales growth
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and build consensus across internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimise sales performance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
  • Pay attention to detail and result - oriented
