About Our Client
Our client is a sizable Hong Kong listed media company which holds a number of well-known online and social media brands. They manage a wide range of business from advertising, publishing to online media platforms.
Job Description
- Provide all-round HR services to business units in China region, by working closely with local HR teams
- Discuss with the business units regarding upcoming needs/ advice from HR perspective
- Review existing HR policies and plans; act as payroll checker for China region
- Consolidate data and run analysis for regular HR reporting to Group's review
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from screening, interviewing, offer stage to orientation
- Involve in HR planning and implementing new initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 6-8 years of HR experience, preferably with PRC exposure
- Well-versed in Hong Kong employment ordinance and understanding in PRC employment ordinance is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Excel in particular
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- Detail-minded, sensitive to numbers and well-organized
