About Our Client
Our client is a multinational fashion group with various brands across the globe. They are well-known for their comprehensive wellness programme and internal progression opportunities for employees. Now they are looking for Human Resources Officer to join their team to support retail hiring needs.
Job Description
- Responsible for full-cycle end-to-end recruitment activities, from job posting, screening, interviewing to offer stage and onboarding
- Liaise with line managers and business partners to understand the recruitment requirements
- Fully utilise various job posting channels and manage the applications
- Organize recruitment day and career fair; engage with participants
- Prepare headcount and periodical HR reports; conduct analysis from collected data
- Handle HR projects independently, such as recruitment process revamp and bringing in ideas to improve user experience
- Support employee relations, team-building activities, annual dinner or other HR initiatives
- Update and maintain files in HR system
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Prior front-line mass recruitment experience in retail or related industries
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Familiar with multiple job posting channels
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Detail-minded, able to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent team player
