Our client is a leading and well-structured consultancy firm with more than 20 years of history providing consultation and solutions for clients from various industries such as financial services, technology and legal firms. This Human Resources Assistant will be offered excellent progression track and training.

Job Description

  • Handle administrative duties; address internal phone and email enquiries, arrange meetings and travel
  • Manage recruitment logistics including letter/contract preparation
  • Support external events and projects coordination
  • Update HR system and personnel database in a timely manner
  • Coordinate induction trainings for new joiners
  • Assist managers in manpower planning and performance review
  • Work closely with the team and provide assistance when required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
  • HR experience in sizable professional services firm is preferred
  • Excellent spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in HR system & Microsoft Office, experience in Workday is a plus
  • Flexible and high-caliber with team-oriented personality, strong organizational and communication skills
