About Our Client

Our client is a well-established international law firm located at CBD area. Currently they have more than 15 offices worldwide. They are well-known for their friendly and westernized working environment.

Job Description

  • Be the point of contact across the office on HRIS issues
  • Coordinate with the global HRIS team on User Acceptance Testing, upgrades, new function launch and other global projects
  • Maintain HRIS personnel data, records and clean up data errors
  • Create global reports and analyze data/ audit reports
  • Provide training to related users and assist with staff self-service function
  • Support HR team on new starter/ existing staff information update, salary review data and other system administration work
  • Involve in the wider HR team meetings and liaise closely with the team members
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree holder in relevant disciplines
  • Experience utilizing HR systems, global exposure is a plus
  • Proficient in Chinese and English language skills
  • Strong communication and technical skills
  • Be well-organized, attention to details and a good team player
