About Our Client

Our client is a U.S. listed FMCG company, employees over 140,000 people globally. The company specialize in producing personal and family care products, it owns multiple renowned brands and serves customers around the world. They are now recruiting a HR specialist to provide C&B solutions to Hong Kong local employees.

Job Description

  • All rounded C&B operations excluding payroll process
  • Employee MPF, medical insurance enrolment and termination
  • Final payment for exiting employee, tax filing & annual reporting
  • Review employee benefits to improve employee experience
  • Handle attendant and leave management, work injury, maternity leave refund policy, etc

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience from sizable organizations
  • Fluent English and Chinese, excellent communication skill
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
