Job Description

  • Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding, employees compensation, pension and background check
  • Manage insurance, MPF and vendor renewal process
  • Maintain accurate HR records on filing system
  • Participate in regional and corporate training to support a better working environment
  • Assist in employee relations and provide relevant HR letters such as release letters, visa renewal letters etc.
  • Provide HR reports/analysis and other ad-hoc projects as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors degree from a reputable university
  • At least 1 years working experience in HR related functions
  • Experiences in HRIS and SAP would be highly preferred
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Great command of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and extremely organised
