About Our Client

Our client is a European based multi-national company. They are looking for a helpful HR Generalist to join the HR team in their Hong Kong office.

Job Description

  • Report to HR Manager, responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, C&B and training
  • Maintain and update HR record in HR System
  • Handle monthly payroll, MPF, taxation and medical insurance
  • Prepare salary benchmark, HR budget and other reports
  • Review and implement HR and company policies
  • Design and deliver employee training program
  • Handle other office administration duties to ensure efficient operation

The Successful Applicant

  • 3 years working experience in HR field
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Willing to learn and a good team player
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with HR Information System
