About Our Client

Our client is a multinational company procuring a wide range of materials from home accessories, mechanic tools to office equipment etc. They have set up offices over the globe to facilitate worldwide coordination and procurement. To cope with their business needs, they are looking for an HR Officer to support their HR matters.

Job Description

  • Manage full-set HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll calculations, MPF, employee relations, training coordination etc.
  • Manage full cycle of recruitment activities and onboarding logistics
  • Review HR policies, employee handbook and current company practice
  • Maintain effective communication with internal staff and deal with any employee cases occurred
  • Review monthly payroll on a regional basis
  • Compile regular reports and HR analysis for senior management review
  • Handle insurance renewal and quotation, salary review, bench-marking and budgeting projects
  • Assist in general administrative work
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 years' all-round HR experience
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Chinese and English typing
  • Proficient use of basic computer applications and Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Flexible, good prioritization and communication skills, independent and sensitive in numbers
