About Our Client

Our client is a prestigious international law firm located at premium business district in HK, they also have global presence at various well-known cities. Their core business includes corporate practice, merger & acquisition, disputes etc., with strong client base across the largest private and public organizations.

Job Description

  • Provide support to ensure smooth operation of Human Resources Information System
  • Maintain and update personnel files onto the system
  • Liaise closely with global office on leave record management and balance control
  • Assist in handling general enquiries related to HRIS self-service and perform UAT when necessary
  • Prepare regular headcount reports and compile statistics data for management review
  • Support HRIS related projects and other ad-hoc assignments

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong exposure in HRIS system, PeopleSoft would be of huge advantage
  • Proficient spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, detail-minded and flexible
  • Well-organized, strong team player with high integrity
