About Our Client
Our client is a prestigious international law firm located at premium business district in HK, they also have global presence at various well-known cities. Their core business includes corporate practice, merger & acquisition, disputes etc., with strong client base across the largest private and public organizations.
Job Description
- Provide support to ensure smooth operation of Human Resources Information System
- Maintain and update personnel files onto the system
- Liaise closely with global office on leave record management and balance control
- Assist in handling general enquiries related to HRIS self-service and perform UAT when necessary
- Prepare regular headcount reports and compile statistics data for management review
- Support HRIS related projects and other ad-hoc assignments
The Successful Applicant
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Strong exposure in HRIS system, PeopleSoft would be of huge advantage
- Proficient spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent interpersonal skill, detail-minded and flexible
- Well-organized, strong team player with high integrity
