About Our Client
My client is one of the top tier company with a strong presence across the globe. They are currently looking for a Human resource & Admin officer with strong C&B experiences to join their HR team and perform the whole HR & Admin spectrum and functions to the company.
- Direct report to HR & Admin Manager
- Assist in all round HR functions and duties including Recruitment and Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Staff Relations, Performance Management, Employee Relations among to other key HR duties.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and company policies to support the rapid growth & development of the Company
- Prepare HR reports; Review and manage the accuracy of HRIS system.
- Oversee administration operations, including procurement, maintenance of equipment, inventory control and facilities management
- To perform office budget planning and control, manage the tenancy agreement, office renovation
- Perform ad-hochoc duties as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
- 3-5 years in all rounded HR & Admin function
- Independent, smart, fast-paced, analytic, detail-minded with strong problem-solving, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent excel skills and in-depth knowledge of HK employee ordinance
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
