About Our Client

A reputable private equity firm with a strong presence in the APAC region is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join their Hong Kong team. The firm is famous for dynamic and flexible working culture.

Job Description

  • Provide a full spectrum of administrative and secretarial duties such as schedule/calendar/meetings management
  • Support in business-related matters such as sitting in meetings and taking minutes
  • Assist in projects or researches related to financial market and prepare meeting materials and reports
  • Coordinate with office administration team for facility maintenance, mailing and office supplies
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, as well as manage contract and price negotiations
  • Other tasks assigned by the Management or supervisor

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum 5 years of secretarial experience; one-man-band experience is preferred
  • Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Independent, detail-oriented and energetic
