About Our Client

My client is a successful and growing private equity firm, with strong investors from China and Asia. With a 15 year track history in Hong Kong and they are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Central office

Job Description

The EA will have the following duties

  • To handle extensive calendar management for the CEO
  • Arrange extensive travel arrangements and accommodation arrangements
  • Consolidation of reports
  • Arranging internal and external meetings
  • Being an effective gatekeeper
  • Assisting with 10% personal matters
  • Working with a small team of Admin assistants regarding office management
  • Meeting tight deadlines

The Successful Applicant

The Successful EA will have the following requirements

  • Higher Education in Business Administration or relevant
  • Over 8 years solid experience as an EA supporting C Level management
  • Used to working in a fast paced environment for a busy line manager
  • Ability to work independently and keep sensitive information confidential
  • Strong language skills- fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Personality wise must be positive, be able to multitask and handle last minute changes
