Job Description

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints via face-to-face, emails and calls
  • Identify and resolve tourists issues in a professional and polite manner
  • Provide tourism guide recommendations
  • Follow guidelines provided by manager to ensure smooth daily operation

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Face-to-face customer services experience is an advantage
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
