Job Description

  • Handle enquiries in a professional manner via phone calls, emails and live chat
  • Provide the best customer services to the clients in order to satisfy their needs and retain their loyalty
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to fulfil client requests
  • Establish a good relationship with clients
  • Assists with ad hoc duties as assigned





The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma holder or university graduate
  • Experience in call centre will be an advantage
  • 2+ years customer service experience
  • Good customer-serving manner, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Native Mandarin speaker will be an advantage
