About Our Client

Our client is a blockchain company with a high reputation across the industry. Due to business expansion, they are currently seeking to expand their customer service team with around 4-5 headcounts to serve their Mandarin speaking clients.

Job Description

  • Assist regional clients with enquiries through live-chat, emails and calls
  • Support clients with technical and troubleshooting issues
  • Handle complaints in a professional manner
  • Resolve and follow up on feedback effectively
  • Assist with ad hoc projects when assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience from blockchain companies will be a definite advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B customer service experience
  • Native spoken and written Mandarin is mandatory
  • Good command in both spoken and written English
  • Able to type Chinese
