Job Description

  • Handle incoming enquiries via calls, emails and live chat in a timely manner
  • Maintain customer records and liaising with appropriate departments
  • Support customers with technical and troubleshooting issues
  • Resolve and follow up feedback in a professional manner
  • Liaise with all departments to resolve issues
  • Assist with Ad-hoc duties as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in Fintech industry will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of any other languages will be an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Willing to perform shift duties
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good command in computer skills e.g. Microsoft Office
