Job Description

  • Handle incoming enquires via emails, calls and chat in a timely manner
  • Resolve with customer's complaints and feedbacks
  • Follow up with existing customers on their request
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties
  • Develop the product knowledge
  • Perform up-selling activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder or above
  • 3+ years customer service experience
  • Experience in after-sales service is highly preferable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
