About Our Client

You will be joining a global leader in Insurance Exchange and Insur-Tech.

Job Description

  • Build a customer experience that connects people and services in the most efficient way

  • Study the behaviours by conducting customer research in order to fully understand the customer journey and identify gaps for improvements

  • Act as a digital project manager and collaborate with cross functional team on a regional level

  • Prepare informative and time efficient presentations and present these to the stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of solid customer experience background

  • Big 4 agency or other agency background is highly preferred

  • Be able to work in a dynamic environment and perform under pressure

  • Good understanding of agile methodologies

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Fluency in English is a must

  • Cantonese or Mandarin would be an advantage
