Job Description

  • Optimize pages and incoming journeys and manage all contents

  • Enhance the customer journey by sung data and effectiveness content

  • Analyse and communicate key findings in analytics

  • Work with Analytics team to ensure page success

  • Coach teams on how to adopt the tools and processes

  • Oversee quality control output

The Successful Applicant

  • Good understanding of web pushing tools, content management systems and capabilities

  • Experience with SEO, writing for web, optimization

  • Solid experience in delivering localized digital content across platforms and mobile

  • Knowledge in XML, HTML and other tech tools

  • Good understanding of project methodology, frameworks and best practice and in particular Agile

  • Prior experience working with teams globally is an advantage
