Job Description

  • Develop new businesses through cold and warm calling, face-face meetings and networking
  • Sell payroll system and services to potential clients and secure contract for achieving assigned sales target
  • Provide consultative advice and solution recommendation to potential clients
  • Liaise with regional offices for cross-selling purpose
  • Be responsible for Go-To-Market Strategy planning and execution in Asia Market for market expansion
  • Draft and deliver effective proposal presentations and RFP responses
  • Identify and reach key decision makers, influencers or business partners for providing them with solutions upon their needs and objectives
  • Build and maintain good and long-lasting relationship with clients

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree Holder in Business related discipline
  • 5+ years of B2B payroll solution sales experience or other business service solutions
  • Proven track record in revenue generation
  • Demonstrate knowledge of payroll function is a must
  • Candidate with accounting background is a plus
  • Excellent command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Self-motivated, goal achiever and mature
  • Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
