About Our Client

Our client is a private wine club based in France which provide the best wine from the finest wine producers to the finest wine lovers. With over 30 years experiences in serving high-net-worth customers, their members are all around the world, including France, UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc. Currently, there are nearly 100 of members in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Brand Ambassador to provide professional customer services experience to their member. If you have 3 years experiences in wine or luxury services, please do not hesitate to apply!

Job Description

  • Maintain good relationship with members or their assistant
  • Handle enquires and follow-up issue for members
  • Communicate with wine producers from all around the world
  • Arrange and prepare for club's events and activities, such as logistic issues, program set up, etc
  • Work closely with internal department to ensure everything go smooth
  • Develop commercial strategies for club development

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in high-net-worth customer account management
  • Wine or luxury service background is an advantage
  • Good in Microsoft Excel, CRM system and ERP
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • WSET certificate is an advantage
