About Our Client

My client is a highly reputable European MNC in resource management. To support their HK office operations, they are looking for a high-calibre candidate to support their Learning and Development team. You will have cross-regional exposures in a MNC environment.

Job Description

  • Coordinate staff training across APAC region
  • Assisting with training deliveries and evaluating training effectiveness
  • Maintaining and updating the training portal
  • Conducting training needs analysis and provide training plan suggestions
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree or above;
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in HR (L&D); preferrably with sizeable MNC
  • Solid knowledge in Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Quality Control
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin (able to read Simplified Chinese) and Cantonese
  • Proficient with MS office, including advanced Excel and PPT functions
  • Self-motivated, responsible and a team player
