About Our Client
Our client is a leading international FMCG personal care company which carries international brands. As a result of their rapid growth, they are seeking a Assistant Sales Manager to join the sales team.
This person will be accountable for achieving the sales and KPI objectives for all sales channels - department stores, and wall units in H&B) by consistently delivering an excellent consumer experience. This person will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement a strategically-aligned activity and operation plan. This person will be the key manager of the Operator and Furthermore, building strong working relationship with trades is the key to success in this role.
The Successful Applicant
University graduate with knowledge and good networking of the Health & Beauty market;
-More than 1.5 years sales experience ideally key account and retail sales management;
-Sales-oriented with good persistence to work under pressure;
-Good presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
-Proficiency in English and Cantonese
