About Our Client

Our client is an industry leader in proving leasing solutions for its airline clients, with their business spanning over 35 regions worldwide. They are looking for a diligent and detail-minded Administrative Assistant to cope with their business needs.

Job Description

  • Assist with supplier sourcing and evaluation, and service contract renewal
  • Prepare internal reports, agenda, and meeting minutes
  • Handle expense claims and logistical arrangements
  • Coordinate company events and conferences
  • Any Ad hoc projects as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Proficiency in Mandarin would be an asset
  • Associate Degree / Higher Diploma, or above
  • 1 year or above of related work experience in administrative roles, preferably in Financial Services firms
  • Detail-minded with superb organisational skills
  • Proficiency in PC skills and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate availability preferred
