About Our Client

As an Administration Manager, manage a team of 10+ members and provide a comprehensive range of office administration and facilities management services.

Job Description

  • Maintain the day-to-day office administration including procurement, office move and renovation

  • Oversee office building repair and maintenance, safety measures and security

  • Supervise a team of 10 administrative staff and delegate tasks accordingly

  • Develop procedures and policies for the office

  • Ensure a streamline and efficient productivity of the entire office

  • Handle expense control and regulations including safety measures of the office

  • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree is required

  • Minimum 10 years' experience within the office administrative and facilities management field

  • Previous experience working in sizeable firms in particular within industrial buildings

  • Previous supervisory experience managing small teams, strong delegation experience

  • Excellent attention to detail, proactive and diligent in your approach

  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in MS Office
