About Our Client

My client is a Prestigious Private Equity firm in Central, who are looking for a talented Administration Assistant to join their team. This is a brand new headcount as they are focusing on their expansion plans since their successful launch in 2018. They have strengthened their investments within consumer, tech and healthcare and are looking to take the firm to the next level. Their office will be based in Central and are looking for someone proactive as it's a small office

Job Description

The Administration Assistant will have the following duties

  • To handle calendar management, for the Managing Partner and team of Investment Directors
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation for management
  • Understanding various countries travel guidelines and quarantine rules
  • Assisting with consolidation of reports
  • Liaising with vendors and contractors for office maintenance
  • Managing supplies and procurement for the office
  • Handling catering services for the office
  • Adhoc reception duties when required

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have the following requirements

  • Higher Education or relevant in business administration
  • Over 4 years solid experience supporting senior management
  • Candidates from a Financial Services background will have an advantage
  • Must have a hands on approach, be proactive, a team player and flexible
  • Strong communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Experience supporting Expats will be an advantage
