My client is one of the key Asian banks in Hong Kong, who are looking for a team assistant to support the investment team. This is a key role in the business and especially as the market has picked up this year, it has been busy for this department. Their office will be based in Central

Job Description

The team assistant will have the following duties

  • To handle travel arrangements and accommodation arrangements for team
  • Handling calendar management and meeting arrangements
  • Consolidation of reports- knowledge of Bloomberg will be advantage
  • To track leave records and work from home records
  • Handling invoicing, budgeting for admin team
  • Assist with pitchbooks and presentation materials
  • Updating the client database

The Successful Applicant

The Team Assistant will have the following requirements

  • Higher Education in business administration or relevant studies
  • Over 4 years solid experience in admin - within Financial Services
  • Must have experience supporting expatriates
  • Experience with Bloomberg will have an advantage
  • Strong language skills- fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
