About Our Client

Our client is a sizeable MNC with an excellent reputation in the oil and natural gas sector. With its offices located around the world and a rapid business expansion in Asia, our client is currently looking to hire a junior Administrative Assistant (Receptionist) to support their business operation in Hong Kong.

Job Description

  • Maintain office supplies, order stationery and pantry replenishment
  • Answer doorbells and greet guests as the first point of contact
  • Handle phone enquiries and transferring them to relevant departments
  • Manage travel arrangements for staff, including accommodation, flight ticket and car rental booking
  • Organize internal company events, such as birthday parties and farewell parties
  • Handle any Ad hoc projects as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Associate degree or above;
  • Minimum 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Detail-minded with superb organizational skills
  • Highly fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office
