About Our Client
Our client is a leading property company in Asia that is committed to build a sustainable and entrepreneurial real estate organisation in Hong Kong. They are looking for an Admin Assistant who is energetic with a good learning attitude to join the company.
- Provide a wide range of secretarial support for the team;
- Handle intensive travel, accommodation and other logistics arrangement;
- Schedule appointments and calendar maintenance;
- Manage expenses claims, monthly reports and reimbursements;
- Update information and maintain database regarding various meetings and discussions;
- A small proportion of outdoor work;
- Ad hoc projects.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
- Fluency in English is preferable;
- Flexible, open-minded and self-motivated;
- Energetic and good learning attitude.
