About Our Client
Our client is a well established MNC company with over 15,000 staff worldwide. Their office is based in Sheung Wan and is looking for a fast - paced secretary to join their Hong Kong Office.
- Handle extensive travel, accommodation and other logistics arrangement.
- Answer phones and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
- Schedule appointments and calendar maintenance.
- Manage expenses claims, monthly reports and reimbursements.
- Update information and maintain database regarding various meetings and discussions.
- Ad hoc projects.
The Successful Applicant
- Immediately availability would be best
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience supporting to team
- Experience in calendar Management/ email management in financial institution is preferred.
- Energetic, independent, mature with positive and can-do attitude.
- Fluency in written and verbal English and Mandarin.
- Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
