About Our Client
Our client is a well-established company who is looking for a smart Assistant to support their Senior Management

Job Description

The Personal Assistant will report to the Managing Director and have the following duties:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Regional Managing Director
  • Organise business meetings and conferences with various parties
  • Conduct research, analysis and produce regular reports
  • Manage and plan business projects
  • Handle external and internal responses and assist with follow-up
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as required

The Successful Applicant

The right candidate shall have the following qualities:

  • Degree educated
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in a secretarial position
  • Experience in working or studying in an international environment
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese, an extra language would be a bonus
  • Very confident with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task, prioritise work load and work in a fast paced environment
