About Our Client
Our client is a high-end fashion brand that has retail network globally. Due to their steady growth, they are now looking for an experienced, sales-driven account supervisor to join the team.
- Achieve retail sales target and review customer profile and category contribution
- Travelling to different locations in APAC region to perform product training to retail staff
- Formulate promotion strategies and incentive programs to motivate front line staff. Regularly review the counter inventory level ensuring out-of-stocks/low stocks item, or slow moving items are identified
- Monitor the merchandising, assortments and planograms are respected in the different locations. Ensuring availability of sufficient inventory, testers and printed materials on counter
The Successful Applicant
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in retail / wholesale sales, preferably in Fashion industry
- A degree holder in Business Administration or the related is preferred.
- Good understanding of fashion market and good product knowledge.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and client management skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
