About Our Client
Our client is a market leader of telecommunication products specialising in consumer electronics, security products, and other consumer appliances. They are now seeking an Assistant Field Trail Manager to take lead in the strategic development of mobile payment and to further enhance customer experience.
As a Mobile Payment Technical Manager, you will:
- Provide daily technical support and trouble-shooting of mobile payment services among mobile devices and the Point-of-Sales Systems
- Conduct POS acceptance test with retailers and manage technical evaluation and acceptance test on smart-phone / tablet devices
- Partner with Merchant Manager to develop partnership with others
- Assist and trouble-shoot merchant's issues
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma in Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years experiences in technical support on mobile devices or network
- Good command in English & Mandarin
