About Our Client
Our client is a leader in the luxury watch industry with a portfolio of products. As a result of their rapid growth, they are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the team.
- Provide a customer service to end clients by answering incoming calls and emails and providing the best customer experience.
- Generate traffic, interaction and sales with our boutiques.
- Handle end customer inquiries both by phone and by email
- Provide a qualitative customer experience.
- Provide customers with immediate information on specific products, service, after sales and point of sales.
- Master the relevant databases to get the most updated information (CRM, ERP, excel files)
- Generate interactions between boutiques and end customers
The Successful Applicant
- At least 3 years' experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Experience as a sales advisor / worked for high end luxury watch company
- Knowledge of customer service experience and practices
- Problem analysis and problem solving
- Excellent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English (Verbal and written)
