About Our Client
Headquartered in London, our client is a leading luxury retail which carries premier international brands. As a result of their rapid growth, they are seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join the team.
Excellent opportunity to join a premier customer support team in an international leading luxury retail company.
-Represent the brand to deal with customers
-Handle various inquiries and complaints
-Process customer orders and shipments
-Maintain high quality service level, cater to customer needs and requests
-Handle difficult customers with manner and efficiency
-Act as the communication bridge between customers and internal departments on various problems and come up with the best solution
The Successful Applicant
*Degree Holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience in customer services industry, retail industry or call centre operations
*Sound knowledge of Inbound and Outbound call services
*Solid experience in customer service & satisfaction, loyalty & retention, customer data management
*Pleasant, creative and positive mindset
*Tactful communication & problem-solving skill
*High level of self-motivation and target-orientation
