About Our Client
Our client is one of the leading international education institutions in the world. Located across the world with over 30,000 staff across more than 50 countries. They are now looking for an experienced Country Manager to join their team.
Sales- to execute the sales plan and achieve target sales goals.
Marketing - participate in some local marketing, and understand competitive positioning. Participate in Fairs, Information Meetings, etc.
Customer service - manage the customer service and administrative part of the process (pre-departure information etc). This position requires a lot of direct customer contact and selling, even some complaint handling.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder who studied abroad
- 4-6 years of sales experience, ideally from Education or the B2C sector
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- 2-3+ years of experience managing a small team of around 3-4 subordinates
- Strong communications and presentation skills
- Strong team player
